Bryce Scholar, Manager of Security Services, Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads

I started my professional career as a private investigator and it eventually lead me towards a career in Security working at Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads.  From my first week at Goodwin House, I felt welcomed by both residents and staff.  During my first week, our President and CEO, Kathy Anderson, walked by me in the hallway, called me by my first name, and welcomed me to Goodwin House. It was a small gesture, but something that really stuck with me and right away, I could tell it is a real family atmosphere here; residents and staff genuinely care for one another.  Through Goodwin House and their commitment and belief in me, I have been privileged and challenged to advance my career and am excited about future opportunities within this wonderful organization.
